The units are roomy and updated so there arent any issues with bugs and the furnaceair conditioner works great with humidity control The counter space is great water pressureheat is good and balcony privacy is solid in each unit Amenities are nice with a free gym and rec room that has a billiard table Stores are close by which makes it very convenient The management team is friendly and helpful when they can be This place has been enjoyable to live in but here are some things to consider this being my first apartment garbagemulch sometimes blows into the parking lot parking costs a lot deliveries can be mixed up due to having both building A B 48hour notice or end of week notices for checkins pet owners not always being courteous no space for barbecuing pricey rent but thats expected crossing the roundabout on foot as cars go fast on this road 70 km without stopping may be intimidating taking ones car would be safer if going across the road for groceries management often doesnt respond to email or isn't in the office but they do answer phone calls quickly and helpfully just be prepared to make phone calls if theres an issue Although these issues don't happen frequently I wish I had known before deciding to live here however overall Im still content living here more ... hide ...

I have resided in this building for the past 8 years Recently it has been taken over by a new management which I can confidently state is the worst ever Rent for one bedroom has increased from 725 to 1500 and two bedroom from 950 to 1750 Parking both underground and overground used to be free but now is charged at a rate of 80 and 50 respectively Supposedly this renovation was going to take three months however its been almost a year and still no end in sight There are plenty of renovations being done creating an abundance of sound pollution Last winter they only heated up the building up to 21 degrees centigrade which was not ideal at all Moreover there are issues with the drinking water as well Therefore I highly recommend against any new tenants coming into this building more ... hide ...

The twobedroom apartment itself is a decent cozy and comfortable place for a couple or two roommates however the price of 1045 plus hydro is a bit steep The management does not help with any issues that might arise and the construction going on in the building causes plenty of disturbances with no end in sight When we first moved in we were promised that all renovations and installations had already been taken care of but this was not true no microwave breaker box panel or screens for two windows were present upon our arrival on September 2nd 2017 We had to wait until late November to get screens installed even then I had to do it myself when the superintendent couldnt find his key to enter our unit Mail delivery has also been an issue due to recent security measures implemented in order to prevent outsiders from sleeping inside stairways The mailboxes are incredibly small so parcels have to be collected at the post office 10 minutes away by car ID required Requesting larger mailboxes or community parcel boxes was refused due to excessive costs and time involvedThus its best not saying anything or trying fixing any problem yourself since management wont assist you if asked for help which is unfortunate as my girlfriend loves this building but were considering relocating once our lease ends because of these bad experiences more ... hide ...

The apartments appear to be costly and have an old heating system as well as old windows The flooring and kitchen look alright but could use some improvement in terms of putting the apartment together Although it is easy to get in contact with management things tend to take a while for them to get done The gym lacks quality and the pool is nice though

I resided in this apartment for two years it was a decent place to live when the rent was 870 per month After new owners took over they raised the price to over 1200 per month The apartment is suitable for a single or couple but not much else due to its small size and lack of storage space The appliances are high quality and include a microwave fridge and oven however parking is chaotic as people park closest to their door regardless of blocking other people in Its manageable during winter if it isn't 40 outside but we had the heat on max yet still couldnt keep warm enough so we had to use an additional heater at our own expense The new owners are attempting to improve the building by responding to issues and repaving the parking lot last fall however there is still much that needs fixing such as drain flies from MayOctober which I reported multiple times but nothing was done except flushing drains This would be an acceptable place if rent stayed under 1000 but given all shortcomings at 1200 its better off somewhere else more ... hide ...
