The two-bedroom apartment itself is a decent, cozy and comfortable place for a couple or two roommates; however, the price of $1045 plus hydro is a bit steep. The management does not help with any issues that might arise and the construction going on in the building causes plenty of disturbances with no end in sight. When we first moved in we were promised that all renovations and installations had already been taken care of, but this was not true - no microwave, breaker box panel or screens for two windows were present upon our arrival on September 2nd 2017. We had to wait until late November to get screens installed; even then I had to do it myself when the superintendent couldn't find his key to enter our unit. Mail delivery has also been an issue due to recent security measures implemented in order to prevent outsiders from sleeping inside stairways. The mailboxes are incredibly small, so parcels have to be collected at the post office 10 minutes away by car (ID required). Requesting larger mailboxes or community parcel boxes was refused due to excessive costs and time involved.
