The apartments appear to be costly and have an old heating system, as well as old windows. The flooring and kitchen look alright, but could use some improvement in terms of putting the apartment together. Although it is easy to get in contact with management, things tend to take a while for them to get done. The gym lacks quality and the pool is nice though.
