Pros: Neighbors are kind, decent space for a two- to three-person household, situated in a pleasant area close to supermarkets, shopping centers, schools, petrol stations, laundromats and Tim Hortons. Cons: One washing machine and one dryer serving all sixteen units in the building; multiple flights of stairs if you're on an upper floor; cockroach infestation (which was not disclosed prior to moving); lightbulbs need special fittings that are costly for one bulb; limited storage space; kitchen, dining room and living room areas rather cramped (making it difficult to accommodate many items without the place looking cluttered). *Beware the roach problem - it's not worth the hassle.*
