I resided in this apartment for two years; it was a decent place to live when the rent was $870 per month. After new owners took over, they raised the price to over $1200 per month. The apartment is suitable for a single or couple, but not much else due to its small size and lack of storage space. The appliances are high quality and include a microwave, fridge and oven; however, parking is chaotic as people park closest to their door regardless of blocking other people in. It's manageable during winter if it isn't -40 outside but we had the heat on max yet still couldn't keep warm enough so we had to use an additional heater (at our own expense). The new owners are attempting to improve the building by responding to issues and repaving the parking lot last fall; however, there is still much that needs fixing such as drain flies from May-October which I reported multiple times but nothing was done except flushing drains. This would be an acceptable place if rent stayed under $1000 but given all shortcomings at $1200+, it's better off somewhere else.
