The building has deteriorated since last year's renovations. Firstly, the parking lot is now a mini night club where people do drugs and drink; fights have broken out and police have been seen multiple times with an ambulance coming by this week. Secondly, if you don't want mind-numbing music blasting in your apartment all day, AVOID THIS BUILDING AT ALL COSTS - it will drive you crazy. Thirdly, the supervisor is extremely rude and lacks respectful communication skills. To summarize - if you don't want to live in a building where parties go on till 1am each night or are trying to protect your food from rodents with an uncaring supervisor, PLEASE AVOID THIS BUILDING AT ALL COSTS.

Garfella Drive, located at 41, has experienced a dramatic decline in standards since Ibrans sold it and Cogir Property Management took over. There have been two different owners and three different superintendents - none of whom are up to par, being very rude and unhelpful. This building is riddled with mould and infested with bedbugs, roaches and mice, requiring a professional to treat the entire building. To make matters worse, the heat has been turned down in cold weather while water is routinely cut off for extended periods of time. The parking lot lights are off making it unsafe to walk outside after dark due to illegal activity that occurs around the clock such as strange people parking in paid tenant spots leaving those tenants stranded. The front door lock also never works properly; anyone can enter without permission or notice which is trespassing (an offence). Workers often come to fix something suddenly without warning or accompanying them so tenants open their doors unknowingly which is wrong on many levels.
