2023-01-24T03:00:04ZDo not move to The Q Residential—it's the worst place to live. My friend rented an apartment there last month and discovered it was infested with roaches and bugs. They had to spend almost $100 on bug sprays! Both building managers are impolite and unresponsive, so my friend couldn't even post pictures as proof or they'd get into trouble. Unfortunately, this area is in high demand for certain communities, so they know they can be rude without consequence. If my friend had the time, she would go to the city hall and explain the situation but that isn't possible right now. It's unhygienic, so please stay away!

I have resided at this building for approximately four years It is an older structure but our maintenance team Vlado and Alberto keep it in excellent condition The atmosphere is tranquil and the apartments are large There are wonderful amenities such as an indoor and outdoor pool tennis court gym sauna billiard room hobby room and a laundry area if required
