I have been living in Luna an excellent apartment building in downtown Montreal for almost five years and I just renewed my lease It is right across from the Faculty of Law at McGill University and a short walk away from Mount Royal There are plenty of reasons why I enjoy living there Despite not being connected to the management in any way heres why its such a great place The location is superb Sherbrook Street has some nice hotels museums galleries and shops which will open again once the pandemic ends Plus there are lots of cafes bistros and bars on Peel as well as shopping centres on SaintCatherine St W Additionally for what you get its great value no promises made that werent fulfilled Coming from a large city like Chicago this was especially important to me the building has many amenities and services plus an amazing staff that is always willing to help out with requests Though not newly constructed it has had updates done windows were replaced as well as balconies which needed renovating due to Montreals winter weather conditions causing wear over time plus these renovations caused minor disruption but didnt take away from all its benefits such as cost efficiency or proximity to some of the best parts of town In fact due to this situation Ive been able to do some of my best work while based in my apartment here more ... hide ...

I am ecstatic to have stumbled upon this property in the midst of my search for a place to live Situated in the heart of North York this recently built rental building is incredibly convenient as it has a grocery store and subway access connected directly to it Not only that but I get an incredible view of the city and sunset from here The amenities are modern and uptodate What was most impressive though was Nahar who acted as my leasing manager he was extremely respectful and professional while making sure I had everything I needed All the other staff members have been nothing but kind too In conclusion there isn't anything I would change about my decision I am completely content with where I chose to stay more ... hide ...
