I have been living in Luna, an excellent apartment building in downtown Montreal, for almost five years and I just renewed my lease. It is right across from the Faculty of Law at McGill University and a short walk away from Mount Royal. There are plenty of reasons why I enjoy living there. Despite not being connected to the management in any way, here's why it's such a great place:
The location is superb; Sherbrook Street has some nice hotels, museums, galleries and shops (which will open again once the pandemic ends). Plus there are lots of cafes, bistros and bars on Peel as well as shopping centres on Saint-Catherine St W. Additionally, for what you get it's great value - no promises made that weren't fulfilled. Coming from a large city like Chicago this was especially important to me; the building has many amenities and services plus an amazing staff that is always willing to help out with requests.
Though not newly constructed it has had updates done; windows were replaced as well as balconies which needed renovating due to Montreal's winter weather conditions causing wear over time - plus these renovations caused minor disruption but didn't take away from all its benefits such as cost efficiency or proximity to some of the I have been living in Luna, an excellent apartment building in downtown Montreal, for almost five years and I just renewed my lease.
