Having resided in Boardwalkmanaged properties for over three years I find Boardwalk to be very professional and helpful This particular location is especially great with its beautiful area that offers plenty of walking and hiking trails as well as numerous amenities within 20 to 30 minutes The Derrick Golf and Winter Club is a block away also schools are located just across the street which could prove useful if you have children The building itself is quiet clean and decently maintained while the office staff are friendly and the maintenance efficient One of the best things has to be that Square One coffee shop and Stone Wheel Pizza are right across the parking lot both places having some of Edmontons finest coffee and pizza Im more than content here more ... hide ...

I would not advise this rental company to anyone After living in these buildings for 6 years I am so glad to be gone The personnel such as janitors security and caretakers are unpleasant and irritable the rental company is intrusive If you value privacy you should avoid this place at all costs the pest problems are awful hallways are dirty and there have been sightings of needles outside You can find much better apartments for a similar price point that provide more safety especially if you have young children My experience was terrible here I wish they improved their standards when it comes to their staff selection process more ... hide ...

Ive been living at Castle Court for eight months and the staff is wonderful The hallways and laundry rooms are always spotless and all the amenities are close by The neighbors are friendly as well We had a problem with pests when we moved in but they had pest control come right away to take care of it so there were no longterm issues with our belongings In 2022-09-14T23:32:16Z
Ive been living at Castle Court for eight months and the staff is wonderful The hallways and laundry rooms are always spotless and all the amenities are close by The neighbors are friendly as well We had a problem with pests when we moved in but they had pest control come right away to take care of it so there were no longterm issues with our belongings In any older apartment or shared residence in this city youre going to have pests however the staff at Castle Court handled it quickly and used a good company that got rid of them instantly Our fridge broke on a Sunday once but maintenance was here within an hour to fix it what a relief We also had to get our main window replaced in the living room thankfully they put in a brand new one so no more leaks when it rains plus since its winter we can stay much warmer now Plus their petfriendly environment is perfect for families with fur babies Id give Castle Court ten stars if I could Boardwalk has been great throughout this process too Thanks for such great service more ... hide ...

I have lived here for only three months and it is a peaceful area to reside in Everyone is warm and polite and the elderly ladies are always keen for a friendly conversation when I pass by Id like to take this opportunity to recognize Marlene our former property manager She was wonderful attentive and prompt in her duties providing me with muchneeded security My experience remains unchanged after revisiting after one year Marlene has retired but the new manager is fine The building is still wellkept hallways were recently painted air conditioning is switched on in summer months so that apartments don't become too hot when stepping out of them plus all residents are still pleasant The only issue we are currently facing is that our chute has broken down and its taking a while to repair it however its being fixed as we can see progress being made daily so until then we need to go downstairs every time we want to dispose of something from our bins In conclusion this place is great Everyone shows respect towards each other regardless of age or background theres lots of mutual appreciation here which creates a warm environment full of love and care more ... hide ...

Living here since the beginning of the pandemic has been good locationwise however this area has become rougher due to a lack of police presence and foot traffic The building manager is very nice and responsive yet there are major issues with certain units Hot water does not always reach my end of the building so I often do not have hot water for my dishwasher shower or laundry For what I pay in rent I expected running warmhot water and there are better options in this area For months now all they say is theyre trying to fix it but nothing has been done since June After looking into the Residential Tenancies Act it was found that my apartment did not meet minimum standards this was acknowledged by multiple levels of GWLs management but as my lease was being broken without any charge Krystal changed to Jacqueline and she kept my damage deposit saying that I had a free month at the start of tenancy although no rental standards were met during that time either Therefore do not rent from this company or building under any circumstances more ... hide ...
