I'm still just as pleased with my decision to live at The Trax after almost a year. Initially, I was apprehensive when the manager changed, but that worry was unfounded. Amanda, the new manager, has been great! She made renewing my lease comfortable and straightforward by communicating well in advance and addressing all of my queries promptly and helpfully. In addition, she is friendly and approachable. I'm grateful for her assistance - five stars! My original review holds true; this building is amazing in terms of its location, people and atmosphere - it feels like home to me! As such, I'm looking forward to another year here.
