Having resided in Boardwalk-managed properties for over three years, I find Boardwalk to be very professional and helpful. This particular location is especially great, with its beautiful area that offers plenty of walking and hiking trails as well as numerous amenities within 20 to 30 minutes. The Derrick Golf and Winter Club is a block away; also, schools are located just across the street which could prove useful if you have children. The building itself is quiet, clean, and decently maintained while the office staff are friendly and the maintenance efficient. One of the best things has to be that Square One coffee shop and Stone Wheel Pizza are right across the parking lot - both places having some of Edmonton's finest coffee and pizza! I'm more than content here!
