I have lived here for only three months, and it is a peaceful area to reside in. Everyone is warm and polite, and the elderly ladies are always keen for a friendly conversation when I pass by. I'd like to take this opportunity to recognize Marlene, our former property manager. She was wonderful - attentive and prompt in her duties - providing me with much-needed security. My experience remains unchanged after revisiting after one year; Marlene has retired but the new manager is fine. The building is still well-kept; hallways were recently painted, air conditioning is switched on in summer months so that apartments don't become too hot when stepping out of them, plus all residents are still pleasant. The only issue we are currently facing is that our chute has broken down and it's taking a while to repair it; however it's being fixed as we can see progress being made daily so until then we need to go downstairs every time we want to dispose of something from our bins. In conclusion, this place is great! Everyone shows respect towards each other regardless of age or background - there’s lots of mutual appreciation here which creates a warm environment full of love and care.
