I had been alerted by former tenants of a severe ant infestation yet I was told during my walkthrough that there were no insects When I inquired specifically about ants they admitted that there were some and promised to take care of them though it took seven months and multiple reminders until the exterminator arrived They accused me of not cleaning properly the exterminator even asked about the Raid droplets despite our discussion in the walkthrough My emails to management about this have gone unansweredFurthermore my kitchen sink has backed up with sludge from upstairs over 12 times employees have warned me that this is due to issues from being on the lowest floor Its not worth what Im paying for rent especially considering my bathtub has now backed up with sewage twice Every time I ask management what their plan is to improve conditions they wont respond The most recent flood from across the hall left my carpet soaked in sewage still no reply on when it will be replaced Additionally some tenants are subsidized which can cause problems after photographing and recording video evidence of one person vomiting off their balcony onto mine while management said the suite was vacant they did nothing The stairwells often go uncleanedunmaintained for 23 months at a time too All complaints sent up the chain resulted in neglectdenialgaslighting plus notice of nonrent renewal pet friendly or not this building is not managed properly whatsoever more ... hide ...

I made a huge mistake by renting from this company When I approached Jon with my bad rental experience from another firm he promised me they were reliable and on top of things Its only been two months since I moved in but that is far from the truth Ive had to submit over ten noise complaints about my upstairs neighbor because of the constant stomping dragging furniture and jumping up and down for hours at a time I have gone through many sleepless nights because of it only to be lied to by building manager China She said her phone wasnt working one day then acted like she forgot when I reminded her that she had told me so earlier Additionally this building is poorly constructed according to the customer service representative who says they always get complaints about it Paying 1500 dollars for a onebedroom apartment isn't worth it if these issues exist They havent responded to any of my texts now Im done with them entirely Avoid this company and stay away from McIntyre apartments once you sign the lease they will ignore you completely more ... hide ...
