I cannot recommend this management enough; if I could give it -10 stars, I would. My car was broken into twice while parked in the underground lot; when I attempted to contact the management, they refused to listen. Last night, someone smashed the passenger-side window and stole my belongings. As one needs keys to access the parking lot, it is clear that someone from within management must be responsible for these break-ins as they are too unwilling to install cameras. Despite calling their office 50 times, nobody has responded; these incidents have cost me $4000 thus far. This place is a living nightmare - do not rent here if you value your safety and privacy; I'm counting down the days until my lease ends!

I would not advise this rental company to anyone. After living in these buildings for 6 years, I am so glad to be gone. The personnel such as janitors, security, and caretakers are unpleasant and irritable; the rental company is intrusive. If you value privacy, you should avoid this place at all costs - the pest problems are awful, hallways are dirty, and there have been sightings of needles outside. You can find much better apartments for a similar price point that provide more safety - especially if you have young children. My experience was terrible here; I wish they improved their standards when it comes to their staff selection process.

I would not endorse this place to live. There are other flats around the city that are more reasonably priced and much better in quality. I am being charged over $3000 to terminate my lease, even after my apartment has been fumigated for cockroaches, only three months into it. Furthermore, the washing costs a lot - around $4-5 per load after both washing and drying duties. Including a pet fee and parking stall, I have to pay an amount of $970 every month for a single bedroom underground suite without any balcony or dishwasher; which is particularly too expensive for what I am getting in return. Therefore, you should look elsewhere before settling on Boardwalk or Terrace Gardens apartments.
