    Living here for the last eight years has been a fantastic experience. The apartments are of good size, and all appliances are in working order. Noise transfer is virtually nonexistent as it is a concrete building. Mike and Andy from Maintenance are efficient, Ray from Landscaping is very polite and keeps the grounds looking neat, while Marlyn and Cyndy do an outstanding job cleaning such a large building with numerous tenants! Disruptive tenants are handled promptly when necessary. The location is unbeatable - close to South Common, minutes away from Henday, and with the ability to get to anywhere in Edmonton within about twenty minutes - it's simply superb! Although it's an old building, there's a great community of long-term neighbours which makes it an ideal place to live.
