The apartment I live in offers decent basics but there is much room for improvement in terms of quality of life and integrity Its great value for the price and my neighbors have been wonderful Unfortunately small issues start to accumulate over time such as micromanaging residents freedoms and being pennypinching when it comes to refunding losses from broken laundry machines Speaking of the laundry facilities they rarely get clothes dry with one cycle and cost 56 per load not including lost money from machines that don't work There are only 4 visitor parking spots for 41 units so those with more than one car will be unable to park onsite Additionally youre not allowed to let someone else use your spot if youre not using it yourself Children are prohibited from playing around the building due to lack of area or playgrounds furthermore an extra 80 fee is charged each month if an air conditioner is installed with a limited BTU output no deep freezers or elevators either While this building could do better with its facilities and dealing honestly with resident complaints while finding a parking solution alongside local businesses all things considered its not a terrible place to live compared to other apartments in the area more ... hide ...

No one supervises the parking lot in summer due to closed pools mice and roaches roam freely and there is no building manager around Save your money and look for a different place to live

If I could I would give this apartment a 0 star rating as there is nothing good about it The building is ancient and has an awful smell The air conditioner is too loud yet they havent come to fix it We asked for permission to bring our e bike into the unit and the woman at the rental office allowed us to do so But after almost a year living here a man who claimed he was the manager stopped us from taking it in and shouted at my husband despite us getting permission beforehand whats wrong with their management We went back to the office for clarification on their regulations for e bikes but instead of showing us or explaining them she said it wasnt her responsibility can you believe that Its outrageous She was also incredibly rude by constantly interrupting us In Canada there are people like this which shocks me I cant wait till our term ends so we can move out Feeling totally disgusted with those at the office more ... hide ...

I havent moved yet but Im not expecting a good experience in this new place Ive ordered a rollpacked mattress and thin long box bed frame from a furniture store to be delivered on my movein date but they don't fit the time slots Anne Landry the property manager insists that I book the movein elevator Its either too early or too late for me Other furniture st 2022-10-16T12:32:17Z
