My partner and I resided at 20 Prince Arthur for two years and we have only positive memories of our stay The one bedroom apartment was renovated to meet our needs its location is ideal with access to both the Bloor and University subway lines as well as being near tons of amenities in the Annex and Yorkville The building itself is older but Hollyburn has been doing a great job maintaining it BardhylVjollca the building managers were always quick to respond to our requests They even replaced our dishwasher twice in two years without hesitation plus helped us out when an important Amazon delivery a baby crib was missed The attached greenspace and underground parking were great additions the landscaping on the property provided beauty as well For those with dogs theyll appreciate it too If anyones looking for a simple apartment in a great spot at an affordable rate with good management in downtown Toronto Id suggest 20 Prince Arthur Ave without hesitation Well be sad to leave this wonderful little place behind more ... hide ...

We had an awful stay here and 0 stars would be more appropriate We saw dead roaches in the kitchen living room drawers cupboards fridge sink and stove on our first day despite receiving treatments we spotted more later Ive seen roaches in the elevator twice and the laundry room too Additionally we had mice in our kitchen which was not addressed for almost 4 2023-01-14T01:00:03Z
We had an awful stay here and 0 stars would be more appropriate We saw dead roaches in the kitchen living room drawers cupboards fridge sink and stove on our first day despite receiving treatments we spotted more later Ive seen roaches in the elevator twice and the laundry room too Additionally we had mice in our kitchen which was not addressed for almost 4 weeks after contacting management who then ignored us when we reached out again Red ants were all around the building I saw them in my living room bathroom and kitchen Other than these issues there have been multiple other problems with our unit that werent pest related Olman resident manager tries to solve them quickly but Omar Boland property manager is unhelpful he disregards any of our issues minimizes them and blames us instead of accepting responsibility After researching reviews about Hollyburn Properties on different sites its clear that this is a common trend large buildings like these will always have some problems but the magnitude of ours combined with dismissive attitude from management takes it to another level altogether STAY AWAY more ... hide ...
