We have been living at Palomar for four years now and my experience here has been that the management is unqualified I believe CONCERT has some serious shortcomings according to what they advertise on their site They let too many people into one apartment without checking and AIR BB isn't helping either We do have a very good maintenance person however when 2022-10-19T21:02:17Z
We have been living at Palomar for four years now and my experience here has been that the management is unqualified I believe CONCERT has some serious shortcomings according to what they advertise on their site They let too many people into one apartment without checking and AIR BB isn't helping either We do have a very good maintenance person however when I initially moved in the cleaning was not done until I kept bugging them until they changed their cleaners As one review said the maintenance staff is overworked It all comes down to investors making money its expensive here so please give us our moneys worth One positive though they allow all size dogs here It beats living on the streets and there are worse places than this area so Im sticking with it for now The 5 star reviews are probably just marketing from CONCERT small people never win against big business POT is not allowed anywhere on property inside or outside of suits or even in the parking garage which is an excellent rule It would be great if no smoking was allowed as well but that would need to be grandfathered in like out west why don't Toronto properties follow suit Can you look into getting new office staff because they are completely unprofessional Our community manager sets a bad tone and her lead micromanages people under her which has happened to me multiple times before Concert needs to live up to its motto more ... hide ...

My parents moved into Palermo when it was newly opened and only two other people had already settled in Once they arrived their quality of life improved drastically the two bedroom suite was spacious and bright the building itself was lovely and they looked forward to going down to the dining room for meals Sadly my dad got ill a year later but everyone at P 2022-10-07T02:32:17Z
My parents moved into Palermo when it was newly opened and only two other people had already settled in Once they arrived their quality of life improved drastically the two bedroom suite was spacious and bright the building itself was lovely and they looked forward to going down to the dining room for meals Sadly my dad got ill a year later but everyone at Palermo were incredibly supportive during this hard time Afterwards my mother went to a onebedroom plus den suite and she felt safe in her surroundings she was very proud of where she stayed I don't have enough words to express how much help and comfort the staff gave me while my parents were living at that residence I would highly recommend it for anyone whose elderly parents want to leave daily life stress behind them and just enjoy each day as it comes Lastly I think an important factor is that Palermo is not too large if residences are too massive then residents wont be able to build close relationships with each other or with staff members since there will be multiple dining areas Its perfectly sized so that it feels like a real neighborhood with an atmosphere you can sense when you enter the building more ... hide ...
