VERSUS stands out to me due to its management team who are very attentive professional and welcoming The building is kept immaculately clean vacuumed daily with 247 security personnel who are always polite Elevators usually take less than a minute to arrive unless someone is moving in The gym is wellmaintained and fragrant offering enjoyable weekly activities for all From upper floors beautiful views of fireworks from various festivals can be seen walls and windows soundproof enough that only the occasional siren can be heard from outside Their maintenance person Shawn is excellent friendly yet professional fixing any problems quickly and efficiently You may even have a bird feeder on your balcony Pets here are taken care of and look spotless theres no noise issue either thanks to the water pressure being good on higher floors 30th The only issue I have is not being able to retrieve packages 247 or have an easy way of knowing if conciergesecurity staff are at reception before going down for them calling them can take some time Though overall Ive been satisfied with Versus services minus one star due to garbage chute often out of service too frequent visits from maintenance that could be combined into fewer visits especially concerning when you have pets Another star has been taken off as during Stampede a nearby parking lot turns into site for Badlands Music Festival causing 11 nights of loud electronic hiphop music 6 more ... hide ...

Im surprised by the low ratings and reviews due to the extraordinary value of this apartment complex The rooms are modernized with either hardwood or fauxhardwood floors no carpet my onebedroom is roomy and neat The balconies are large secluded so that you wont be able to see your neighbors nor they you The kitchen appliances are current and wellmaintained I 2022-09-18T10:32:16Z
Im surprised by the low ratings and reviews due to the extraordinary value of this apartment complex The rooms are modernized with either hardwood or fauxhardwood floors no carpet my onebedroom is roomy and neat The balconies are large secluded so that you wont be able to see your neighbors nor they you The kitchen appliances are current and wellmaintained I havent once been bothered by sound coming from other tenants here as opposed to other buildings Ive stayed in due to thin walls Whats more the facilities are unbelievable swimming pool two tennis courts squash court putting green you name it Plus theres a rooftop patio for sunbathing I havent tried out the rooftop lounge yet but plan on doing so soon although the gym needs a squat rack and more free weights smaller issues Riley from leasing has always been available and replies quickly to emails sent his way management keeps us updated on any renovations or disturbances that may take place in advance If youre an urbanite like me then do not pass up on this place more ... hide ...

I would advise against living here During my time here I have experienced several issues including not being given enough notice about when I could move in paint on the new floors which I had to clean myself an extremely hot room due to a broken heating system during winter with all windows open flooding in my room as a result of a maintenance mistake water 2022-10-28T18:02:19Z
I would advise against living here During my time here I have experienced several issues including not being given enough notice about when I could move in paint on the new floors which I had to clean myself an extremely hot room due to a broken heating system during winter with all windows open flooding in my room as a result of a maintenance mistake water being shut off at least three or four times flooding in the parkade levels and elevators becoming unusable and power going off during Christmas Moreover the management offices communication is terrible The leasing office is unable to answer phone calls and often ignores me for days or doesnt get back at all If possible I would give it zero stars since they prioritize making rooms look attractive over fixing the aging infrastructure or hiring competent staff more ... hide ...

I have resided in this building for 4 years and the experience I had was satisfactory The accommodation is larger than new condos built in the city and there were hardly any disturbances from neighbours The external areas are well kept with lovely gardens in warmer seasons and hallwayselevators are clean Whenever we required attention to our unit we got good assistance from the superintendent Minto also organizes events and other activities as well as provides information about amenities which helps to create a community atmosphere My south facing unit has an amazing view that would be difficult to find elsewhere in the city something I will miss most when leaving this place On the flip side it gets quite hot during summer without air conditioning so getting window units is suggested by me Also due to frequent workfromhome times nowadays it can be challenging with increased noise levels around buildings caused by landscapers or construction crews outside that echo loud noises something that should be taken into account while considering moving here All things considered though I would recommend this buildingMinto more ... hide ...
