I've been living here for a month, and it's been great. Riley was the one who assisted me during my visits to the units I liked; she was very accommodating in answering all my questions and making sure I understood everything. She also made renting straightforward. The building is kept neat; security guards are friendly, and usually everything is clean. There was a small leak in the kitchen sink, but a plumber came soon after to fix it up. Furthermore, BentalGreenOak alerted us ahead of time before any maintenance occurred and everyone I interacted with was kind. All in all, I'm really enjoying living here; if only knew how much better it would be, I would have asked for an 18-month contract instead of 12 months! Nevertheless, without doubt, I plan on renewing for an extended period of time.

I have been living in Hull Estates for more than 8 years and it is an incredible place. It has a recently renovated fitness center, tennis and squash courts, security at the front entrance, large balconies, and even an outdoor pool. The Property Management team consists of Sinead, Ivy, and Riley who are always on top of things and show genuine care for the tenants. Moving into my third unit in this building was easy because of their help. Plus they offer great rental incentives! They also make sure to plan fun events to keep us entertained and safe. If you're looking for a great community to join then I highly recommend renting here!

I'm surprised by the low ratings and reviews due to the extraordinary value of this apartment complex. The rooms are modernized with either hardwood or faux-hardwood floors, no carpet; my one-bedroom is roomy and neat. The balconies are large, secluded, so that you won't be able to see your neighbors nor they you. The kitchen appliances are current and well-maintained. I haven't once been bothered by sound coming from other tenants here as opposed to other buildings I've stayed in due to thin walls. What's more, the facilities are unbelievable - swimming pool, two tennis courts, squash court, putting green - you name it! Plus there's a rooftop patio for sunbathing. I haven't tried out the rooftop lounge yet but plan on doing so soon; although the gym needs a squat rack and more free weights (smaller issues). Riley from leasing has always been available and replies quickly to emails sent his way; management keeps us updated on any renovations or disturbances that may take place in advance. If you're an urbanite like me then do not pass up on this place!
