I have resided in this building for 4 years and the experience I had was satisfactory. The accommodation is larger than new condos built in the city and there were hardly any disturbances from neighbours. The external areas are well kept, with lovely gardens in warmer seasons and hallways/elevators are clean. Whenever we required attention to our unit, we got good assistance from the superintendent. Minto also organizes events and other activities as well as provides information about amenities which helps to create a community atmosphere. My south facing unit has an amazing view that would be difficult to find elsewhere in the city, something I will miss most when leaving this place! On the flip side, it gets quite hot during summer without air conditioning so getting window units is suggested by me. Also, due to frequent work-from-home times nowadays, it can be challenging with increased noise levels around buildings caused by landscapers or construction crews outside that echo loud noises - something that should be taken into account while considering moving here. All things considered though; I would recommend this building/Minto!
