This property offers one and two bedroom suites for rent Unfortunately there are few amenities such as outdoor parking with a receptacle for block heater connection in winter and communal payperload laundry services There are often issues with parking particularly when visitors take up residence in the building and lawn maintenance is done at inconvenient times eg 730 pm on weekdays when the lot is mostly full The property managers have been responsive to repairs and emergency requests I had a sink back up that was taken care of quickly by maintenance followed by a plumbing contractor due to its seriousness Rent prices have increased and may continue to do so as upgrades become necessary eg roofing or balcony repair All things considered its an acceptable place to stay but could become quite busy if more suites are rented out more ... hide ...

My husband and I recently moved in here and we are loving it The management staff especially Ms Ramandeep were extremely helpful throughout the application process and our move in She answered all of our questions and concerns as we were new to the country There is a lot to appreciate here such as the gym with all its modern equipment yoga room outdoor BBQ 2022-09-20T21:32:17Z
My husband and I recently moved in here and we are loving it The management staff especially Ms Ramandeep were extremely helpful throughout the application process and our move in She answered all of our questions and concerns as we were new to the country There is a lot to appreciate here such as the gym with all its modern equipment yoga room outdoor BBQ and pool area sky lounge area hub play room that is kept very clean by cleaners Our suite is great with uptodate appliances plus full windows a balcony The building itself is always spotless due to 247 security wellmaintained amenities Furthermore its close to everything we need within walking distance all adding up to us simply loving living here more ... hide ...

I have been residing at The Underwood for the last few years and it is certainly one of my favorites I have rented from three different apartment buildings and I cannot envision living anywhere else now The building management team is incredibly knowledgeable resolving any issues quickly In addition the units are lovely with plenty of amenities including the 2022-10-22T14:02:18Z

I moved into this building and I enjoyed it however since the management changed and classes resumed at SAIT things have drastically altered If you are a student this spot could be great but if you are older than 25 then I suggest staying awayThe rooftop patio is gorgeous but it is usually full of garbage and empty cans The fire pits and barbecues either do not work or have no fuel to use them There was also an incredibly loud neighbour that management failed to address even after multiple complaints were filed Repairs take forever to complete or get completely neglected for example I reported a dishwasher leak that was promised to be fixed right away yet nothing happened so I had to repair it myself and the same goes for paint chips from a previous tenantThe stairwells used to provide access with FOBs but last summer they were only used as exits one night both elevators broke down leaving me and many others stuck in the lobby because there was no way of accessing the stairs from there luckily now one of them has FOB access again Also the garbage room can only be accessed externally which makes it often full without enough bins for its sizeOn the brighter side central air conditioning in units is amazing during summertime Plus its location near groceries stores parks and transit makes it unbeatable just 5 minutes driving distance from downtown with 20 minutes max on transit to get downtown for workHowever all in all if more ... hide ...

Living at the Met for three months Im in love with both the building and its personnel Upon my movein I had a lot of cardboard to discard which the maintenance guy happily took care of Additionally he put up curtains and mounted a TV onto my bedroom wall at no cost Paying rent online with a credit card especially if youre doing it for points is also something I appreciate about this place From the initial tour to leasing agreements the staff has been nothing but extraordinary Furthermore there are numerous amenities including a charging port in my parking stall and plenty within walking distance so that you don't have to leave a two block radius for anything you need You wont regret coming herethe building and staff are great plus the amenities will blow your mind This is what my two bedroomtwo bathroom has become after moving in here more ... hide ...

I have been living in the International Apartments for a year now and I hope it is the first of many The staff here are incredibly welcoming and accommodating they always greet people with a warm smile and even helped me out when I left my keys in my apartment one time The amenities are remarkable too theres a gym that opens early in the morning until late at night an inviting pool with an accompanying hot tub which sometimes does require maintenance as well as party rooms and theatre rooms for eventsThe location is incomparable youre close to downtown but still near the river and Bridge landCrescent Heights Plus youre easily connected to all of downtown through the 15 network which allows you to travel from building to building without going outside Additionally theres plenty of local businesses nearby plus great parking optionsWhen I moved in by myself I was unsure if Id make connections but within three months I had struck up conversations with amazing neighbours through activities at the gym or small talks in elevators Its just something about this place that makes everyone feel right at home even when issues arise management resolves them quickly so you don't have any additional questions or anxieties In conclusion this place has everything that appeals to me personally excellent staff luxurious amenities perfect location and kind neighbours making this an unbelievable value A special shout out goes out to Ralph who is a hero here more ... hide ...
