Jackie, Brian, Sylvia and Mike (the Resident Managers and Assistant Managers) made our experience exceptional. They were incredibly hospitable, organized and compassionate. The suite and building were impeccably maintained; it was clean, quiet and offered everything that had been promised. We are looking forward to living here!

I stayed at Beacon Heights for more than three years before relocating to an urban area. The facilities are kept up nicely, with summer flowers and luscious lawns. Inside, the apartment is neat and has granite countertops along with matching appliances. It's a two bedroom/two bathroom layout that is quite pleasant. The management team was friendly and humorous, as well as timely in handling any issues that arose. When we signed the lease there was a promotion for free internet too! Underground parking is available but it's best to sign up before winter when it fills up quickly. If you're noise-sensitive or sleep late, I'd recommend an apartment not facing into the complex since there can be some noise on garbage days or when they use the snow blower. Aside from that it's usually pretty quiet here; neighbors are friendly while still respecting your privacy.
