I have been living in the International Apartments for a year now, and I hope it is the first of many. The staff here are incredibly welcoming and accommodating - they always greet people with a warm smile, and even helped me out when I left my keys in my apartment one time. The amenities are remarkable too - there's a gym that opens early in the morning until late at night, an inviting pool with an accompanying hot tub (which sometimes does require maintenance), as well as party rooms and theatre rooms for events. The location is incomparable; you're close to downtown but still near the river and Bridge land/Crescent Heights. Plus, you're easily connected to all of downtown through the +15 network which allows you to travel from building to building without going outside. Additionally, there's plenty of local businesses nearby plus great parking options! When I moved in by myself I was unsure if I'd make connections but within three months I had struck up conversations with amazing neighbours through activities at the gym or small talks in elevators.
