I had the pleasure of living here for nearly a year until recently. The property team's customer service and promptness were superb; I can honestly say Underwood was my greatest experience with landlords or building management teams to date.

I had the pleasure of living at the Underwood from 2019 to 2022 and can truly say it was a great experience. The management team is incredibly efficient, patient, and always looking out for their tenants' best interests. Trevor in particular stands out, as he is available 24/7 and promptly takes care of any issues that may arise. Furthermore, the building's location is ideal - it's situated near multiple parks downtown and there are plenty of activities such as biking along Elbow River or playing tennis nearby. The only downside I can think of is that there's an elevator moving fee and a non-refundable deposit to rent the common room; regardless, I would absolutely recommend it! I have been residing at The Underwood for the last few years and it is certainly one of my favorites. I have rented from three different apartment buildings and I cannot envision living anywhere else now. The building management team is incredibly knowledgeable, resolving any issues quickly. In addition, the units are lovely with plenty of amenities including the First Street Market - I would highly recommend this building to anyone without hesitation! Five stars! :)
