I moved into my first condo in the Quarters in April; the acceptance of my dog was simple, but that's about it. Soundproofing is non-existent, allowing you to hear your upstairs neighbors and dogs barking. Inquiries sent via email or phone are ignored (I asked for a second parking stall and blinds months ago). Street parking is always full so if you come home late, expect to walk. Not only does there not seem to be air flow, but during heat waves it becomes impossible to keep cool - let alone use the dishwasher or do laundry. With a rental shortage and me being a pet owner is like I'm stuck here. After this experience I won't trust another management company ever again.
