Living here has been a great experience for my family and me. The property staff, concierge, and security are all very pleasant people who are always eager to lend assistance. The building is managed well with clean common areas and properly maintained equipment. Additionally, the maintenance team is incredibly responsive. There's never a dull moment here with the games room, sports simulator lounge, gym, pool and patio to occupy oneself. To ensure everyone is having fun there are also events hosted by the property management. In conclusion this place is simply amazing!

I've been living in this building for over a year now, and I'm definitely a fan. The amenities, staff, and events like Park Central are top-notch. Plus, I've made some really great friends since moving here - it has a strong sense of community. Oh yeah - my apartment is great too! It's so nice to have en suite laundry and Air Conditioning.

The building is a great place to live due to its amazing amenities. For those who work remotely, there is a communal workspace, a fabulous gym and an outdoor pool which is ideal in the summertime. Monthly activities are organized by the management allowing residents to mingle with their neighbors and become familiar with one another. The staff are always helpful and willing to provide necessary information whenever needed. Furthermore, the location is ideal for all downtown needs - making my decision to stay here effortless! My husband and I recently moved in here, and we are loving it! The management staff, especially Ms. Ramandeep, were extremely helpful throughout the application process and our move in. She answered all of our questions and concerns as we were new to the country. There is a lot to appreciate here - such as the gym with all its modern equipment, yoga room, outdoor BBQ and pool area, sky lounge area, hub & play room that is kept very clean by cleaners. Our suite is great with up-to-date appliances plus full windows & a balcony. The building itself is always spotless due to 24/7 security & well-maintained amenities. Furthermore, it's close to everything we need within walking distance - all adding up to us simply loving living here!
