I have been living in this apartment for two years We were initially drawn to its large unit balcony and windows We paid seventy dollars for a parking spot however it was never assigned and we were labelled as floaters As a result we got three tickets from management who told us that we were parking in the wrong areas despite our attempts to clarify where to 2022-09-15T08:32:17Z
I have been living in this apartment for two years We were initially drawn to its large unit balcony and windows We paid seventy dollars for a parking spot however it was never assigned and we were labelled as floaters As a result we got three tickets from management who told us that we were parking in the wrong areas despite our attempts to clarify where to park In addition the building is currently undergoing balcony repairs along with other renovations like lobby and laundry room repairs which is causing more chaos around the parking lot Furthermore maintenance requests are rarely fulfilled correctly since staff often come in and out quickly without properly finishing their tasks they are even observed standing around or smoking outside instead of working on repairs Lastly there is an ongoing mouse and roach infestation that is not taken seriously mouse traps are set up near the building perimeter but dead mice can still be found in elevator vents or my kitchen cupboard at times while holes are only filled cheaply with steel wool instead of being sealed properly All in all this place does not provide great living conditions so do not let yourself be fooled by its deceptive appearance more ... hide ...

I lived in Peters Apartments for nearly a decade before moving out recently The slumlord that owns the building is too cheap to call a plumber or qualified service people causing more problems for the tenants He also never calls back when contacted about issues The onsite manager is of no help and doesnt respond to messages either Even though part of the ren 2022-10-03T09:02:17Z
I lived in Peters Apartments for nearly a decade before moving out recently The slumlord that owns the building is too cheap to call a plumber or qualified service people causing more problems for the tenants He also never calls back when contacted about issues The onsite manager is of no help and doesnt respond to messages either Even though part of the rent pays for it they don't even bother clearing the parking lot when it snows I think the owner wants us to give up and move out so he can charge more in rent I would not recommend living here if allowed Id give zero stars more ... hide ...

A week ago I tried to post a review on Google for Lot 6 but it wasnt visible to the public I got the same result when I posted it on Ironclad Properties Inc Customer service wouldnt help me figure out why so I wanted people to be aware of what they could experience if they signed a lease here For the first seven weeks we had fire alarms going off at least on 2022-09-19T07:02:18Z
A week ago I tried to post a review on Google for Lot 6 but it wasnt visible to the public I got the same result when I posted it on Ironclad Properties Inc Customer service wouldnt help me figure out why so I wanted people to be aware of what they could experience if they signed a lease here For the first seven weeks we had fire alarms going off at least once weekly one happened after midnight on Boxing Day and another lasted over an hour just ten days ago with no explanation given Then there was a water pipe burst that caused the fire alarms to go off again in the evening of January 26th and still no communication about this ordeal We also noticed our windows werent sealed properly as we could see water spots along the window frame when weather started getting warmermeltier and three of our four smoke detectors needed their batteries replaced in four months time we can easily hear our neighbours too despite buildings soundproofing being laughable Hopefully none else has to go through what we did here while building is still under construction more ... hide ...
