A week ago, I tried to post a review on Google for Lot 6, but it wasn't visible to the public. I got the same result when I posted it on Ironclad Properties Inc. Customer service wouldn't help me figure out why, so I wanted people to be aware of what they could experience if they signed a lease here. For the first seven weeks we had fire alarms going off at least once weekly; one happened after midnight on Boxing Day and another lasted over an hour just ten days ago with no explanation given. Then there was a water pipe burst that caused the fire alarms to go off again in the evening of January 26th and still no communication about this ordeal. We also noticed our windows weren't sealed properly as we could see water spots along the window frame when weather started getting warmer/meltier, and three of our four smoke detectors needed their batteries replaced in four months' time; we can easily hear our neighbours too despite building's soundproofing being laughable. Hopefully none else has to go through what we did here while building is still under construction.
