The only good things about these buildings are that they are big and allow pets. However, there is a long list of issues with them: water gets shut off twice a month, there is water damage on the walls and under the hardwood floors, any problems take weeks (if ever) to be solved, management enter apartments regularly and make comments on inhabitants' living conditions, roaches have always been an issue with no real solution in sight. What's more, rent has been hiked up significantly while parking situation has long been terrible. All this leaves tenants hating their living situation but having no choice but to stay since other places are too expensive.

Living in this property for more than two years, from my experience the management is terrible and are very disrespectful to tenants. We have been here for a long time yet they failed to provide parking spots, even when asked they refused and we had to deal with getting multiple tickets each month. In addition, the water gets shut off at least once a week without warning, especially during the workweek. This causes trouble as I'm a working professional. Also there are bugs, roaches and mice which enter through heat vents and under kitchen cabinets yet maintenance was never provided despite our many requests. All they did was renovate the front entrance in order to attract new people but no upkeep on units despite multiple emailed requests; furthermore if you go in person you will be met with an extremely rude and unprofessional attitude from the lady at the office. The apartment itself is old with torn walls that leak underneath both kitchens and washrooms; construction goes on endlessly throughout the year yet nothing changes about our living conditions here. With such unprofessionalism from management accompanied by lack of responsibility towards their property's standards I decided it best to avoid this place entirely.

Maintenance is horrendous - there are raccoons in the parking lot scavenging through discarded garbage like pop cans, juice bottles and food waste. The laundry service is a joke - with an average of five machines out of eight being broken at any time. Rats and cockroaches have settled in permanently, while weed and cigarette smoke linger in the stairwells and hallways. Water is shut off every two weeks for two to three hours at random times with no notice given; you must call the resident manager for an explanation. Parking space is limited even for single bedroom tenants, often not available to those living in 2BR units either. I would give it 0.25 stars if possible!

I have been living in this apartment for two years. We were initially drawn to its large unit, balcony, and windows. We paid seventy dollars for a parking spot; however, it was never assigned and we were labelled as "floaters." As a result, we got three tickets from management who told us that we were parking in the wrong areas despite our attempts to clarify where to park. In addition, the building is currently undergoing balcony repairs along with other renovations like lobby and laundry room repairs which is causing more chaos around the parking lot. Furthermore, maintenance requests are rarely fulfilled correctly since staff often come in and out quickly without properly finishing their tasks; they are even observed standing around or smoking outside instead of working on repairs. Lastly, there is an ongoing mouse and roach infestation that is not taken seriously - mouse traps are set up near the building perimeter but dead mice can still be found in elevator vents or my kitchen cupboard at times while holes are only filled cheaply with steel wool instead of being sealed properly. All in all, this place does not provide great living conditions so do not let yourself be fooled by its deceptive appearance.
