Living in Hyde Park managed by Old Oak Properties is not the luxurious experience they advertise Many have complained about how hot the units get and management does nothing to help until its too late Even though there are city laws concerning temperature its unbearable during summer and management doesnt seem to care In wintertime there isn't much maintenance done and tenants have fallen due to sidewalks being icy There arent enough parking spots for everyone so people are always fighting over them Management changes often and their afterhours system does not take complaints seriously As a result many tenants are looking for other places to live if you want luxury living don't rent here because its not worth the money you will pay in rent more ... hide ...

The crew at the apartment I stayed in for four years was incredible The cleaning lady maintenance man and landlord worked very hard to make sure the apartments were in tiptop shape To ensure safety and comfort yearly pest inspections were done David the landlord was direct and took care of his tenants Before signing the lease we inspected everything thorough 2022-10-03T10:02:18Z
