I have been a tenant with Mainstreet since August of 2019 and was delighted with my apartment but not the area Initially I had some issues that werent to my liking but the building manager talked to the regional manager and they fixed all of them including new mirror closet doors in bedroomhallway accordion doors on linen closet living room curtains bedroom 2022-11-04T06:02:20Z
I have been a tenant with Mainstreet since August of 2019 and was delighted with my apartment but not the area Initially I had some issues that werent to my liking but the building manager talked to the regional manager and they fixed all of them including new mirror closet doors in bedroomhallway accordion doors on linen closet living room curtains bedroom blinds stove After some time being single in that area and not contented with it I contacted Mainstreet regarding a transfer Olga Melnyk displayed me one spot but knew it wouldnt be big enough for my needs After I discussed my problems with her present dwelling she did something about it and called me a couple days later proposing if I was still searching for an apartment It ended up being perfect when we arrived at the address she is so kindhearted and comprehending plus she knows how to work with clients She rapidly replies to any queries I have she has an excellent attitude towards her job and is very committed in helping people find their dream home Therefore I highly recommend Olga Melnyk from Mainstreet as well as this company itself when looking for a place to stay thank you more ... hide ...

Rocky Mountain Court is an excellent choice for a rental experience with its advantageous location plentiful parking and amenities and friendly landlords neighbors and staff You will find laundry facilities on each floor of the secure building Furthermore its prices are competitive when compared to other Calgary units It is situated close to both Ctrain line 2022-10-04T06:32:17Z
Rocky Mountain Court is an excellent choice for a rental experience with its advantageous location plentiful parking and amenities and friendly landlords neighbors and staff You will find laundry facilities on each floor of the secure building Furthermore its prices are competitive when compared to other Calgary units It is situated close to both Ctrain lines as well as Superstore Tim Hortons 15 it also allows pets and has great internet service In my opinion this is the best renting experience Ive had so far if you work downtown I highly suggest taking a look at one of the available units The only downside is that due to Covid restrictions the pool and gym are closed however thats not because of Rocky Mountain Court itself more ... hide ...

I wish there was a lower rating than 1 star for this buildings management as they are moneyhungry and immoral They are aware of the bedbug and mouse infestations yet they still try to rent it out because all they care about is profit If you move in be ready to be kicked out due to madeup reasons as the place isn't fixed properly They also hire people from in 2022-11-04T06:32:18Z

DO NOT RENT HERE I cannot stress this enough I will list the reasons why Infestations of mice carpet beetles two types and ants The laundry machines are always broken and unclean It takes years and constant reminders to get repairs done or anything else taken care of Management is uncooperative when you express concerns Angela becomes offended and gets defensivewhen asked to speak with her manager at Quinco Financial whose name I cant remember he suggested that there are nicer and cheaper apartments elsewhere essentially telling me if Im not happy then just leave because they have no intention of making any improvements Poor communication from managementI asked other tenants if they had mice or bugs got confirmation that yes they did in fact have these issuesyet when I approached the building manager about it she lied to me saying no one else had any problems like this likely so people wont talk to each other about their concerns thus shaming them into silence regarding the subject When repairs are finally taken care of you don't get a 24 hour notice under your door so you will have no time to clean up before anyone comes over Your damage deposit wont be returned even if you left the apartment in pristine condition actually they tried charging tenants an extra 5000 after being pressured out by them to replace carpets and paint walls in spite of normal more ... hide ...

I moved into Morningside in the winter of 2019 and have been thoroughly impressed by the exceptional staff Nicole Rachel CJ Dennis and Mark have all been incredibly helpful and personable Lluvia and Demilade are the newest members of the Boardwalk team who always make sure to provide clarity when needed The estate has a homey atmosphere that is unmatched anywhere else which is why I would recommend it to families with children as there are multiple schools in close proximity along with two shopping centers general practices dental clinics optometry clinics and bus stops nearby YMCA is just a stones throw away for fitness enthusiasts while those looking for nature can take advantage of various hiking trails availableWhile I am yet to experience any regrets as a resident here yet I would rate it three stars due to several issues including lack of loyalty program or incentives when renewing lease as well as rent increases twice so far since moving in In addition minor improvements such as deletingmarking notices on Yuhu platform should be made while incoming tenants should be aware of neighborhood dynamics so they don't file complaints unnecessarily if kids are making noise et cetera Lastly there could be furniture disposal bins available to help tenants move out easier if need be Despite these drawbacks though Morningside has provided me with a safe home environment thanks to great management efforts and excellent staff members who genuinely care about their tenants satisfaction more ... hide ...

Im proud to be living in West Edmonton Village for my fifth lease and theyve done an amazing job of renovating and making the community better since I first arrived They put a lot of effort money and time into it and now it looks great I got a brand new fridge today the biggest one Ive ever seen as my old one had broken They replaced it quickly too a dish 2022-09-27T09:02:17Z
Im proud to be living in West Edmonton Village for my fifth lease and theyve done an amazing job of renovating and making the community better since I first arrived They put a lot of effort money and time into it and now it looks great I got a brand new fridge today the biggest one Ive ever seen as my old one had broken They replaced it quickly too a dishwasher is even coming tomorrow The appliances here are really nice when something needs fixing they don't waste any time getting on top of it Claudio is the maintenance man in my building and hes incredible He works every day from start to finish he does everything He always shows up when he says he will too I completely trust him with my home Claudio is approachable comfortable to talk with hardworking you can rely on him to get any job done properly and efficiently Todays delivery was this beautiful fridge which Claudio showed me around inside of before leaving everything looks great So thank you Boardwalk for this fantastic service but also thank you Claudio for your hard work pics below of the new fridge Plus our entrance lobby has been upgraded too more ... hide ...

I am a secondyear tenant and I absolutely love living at this complex To the negative reviewers I wonder if they were not ideal tenants ie late on rent etc There are usually multiple sides to a story No matter where I go even in nice St Albert there will always be transients and undesirable people present My job keeps me out late at times and so I walk my 2022-10-15T23:32:17Z
I am a secondyear tenant and I absolutely love living at this complex To the negative reviewers I wonder if they were not ideal tenants ie late on rent etc There are usually multiple sides to a story No matter where I go even in nice St Albert there will always be transients and undesirable people present My job keeps me out late at times and so I walk my dogs around here all the time without worrying about being on the ground level apartment The people who live here are great never once have I felt unsafe or uncomfortable Nicole one of the management staff is an absolute delight she pays attention to all issues that arise and is incredibly patient with me when I vent my frustrations even if its unknowingly yelled The other ladies who work here as well are new but just as kindpleasant as Nicole This complex encourages tenants to make it feel like home you can have plants grow veggies etc as long as everyone respects each other Throwing garbage or cigarette butts off balconies does not make this place gross that person is gross Boardwalk has been wonderful for me no incentive or incentive was given for writing this review aside from loving it so much Until I buy a house which will be years away theres no plan of leaving Boardwalk anytime soon If youre looking for a great place to live with spacious updated suites at an affordable price then call Morningingside now more ... hide ...
