It appears that all of the unfavorable reviews maintain that Westridge Estates B and C, owned by Boardwalk, is the building in question. Yet, this is untrue; the apartments are tidy and tranquil. Moreover, personnel are affable and willing to answer any inquiries at any hour. I had an issue with my sink which was mended shortly after I contacted them in the night. Maintenance here is remarkable too.

DO NOT RENT HERE! I cannot stress this enough. I will list the reasons why: - Infestations of mice, carpet beetles (two types), and ants. - The laundry machines are always broken and unclean. - It takes years and constant reminders to get repairs done or anything else taken care of. - Management is uncooperative; when you express concerns, Angela becomes offended and gets defensive--when asked to speak with her manager at Quinco Financial (whose name I can't remember), he suggested that there are nicer and cheaper apartments elsewhere, essentially telling me if I'm not happy then just leave because they have no intention of making any improvements. - Poor communication from management--I asked other tenants if they had mice or bugs, got confirmation that yes, they did in fact have these issues--yet when I approached the building manager about it she lied to me saying no one else had any problems like this; likely so people won't talk to each other about their concerns thus shaming them into silence regarding the subject. - When repairs are finally taken care of, you don't get a 24 hour notice under your door so you will have no time to clean up before anyone comes over. - Your damage deposit won't be returned even if you lef more ...

Do not rent from Greystone, an inadequate management rental company. We have been living in this one suite since November 2021, and it was not cleaned when the previous tenants left. Bugs come out from the bathroom faucets, there is black mold everywhere in the suite and kitchen sink and dishwasher back up with a putrid odor coming from the pipes. This all puts our safety at risk yet management does nothing to remedy it - they are getting away with it. To protect your family's health, stay away from this place!
