The Good: Water pressure is great and you'll have no problems in the kitchen or bathroom. There are two restrooms that are conveniently located. The balcony is decent and there's a nearby Callinwood shopping center with good choices. The neighborhood is peaceful, with tenants that are so quiet you might think no one lives here. Bus stops are only three minutes away, plus easy access to the WEM transit center. Both the landlord, Nicholas, and manager Dennis are considerate people who deserve respect. The Bad: The cabinets need to be completely replaced as they're ancient-looking and ugly. The Ugly: There's an annoying problem with main pipes and baseboard heater noises that really should be fixed - pipes in bedroom walls make loud hammering sounds which made sleeping difficult at first; two plumbers were called out but only one was of any use (they created more space between pipe and wood). There should be a better solution like foam or something for isolation purposes; clicking noises from old baseboard heater can still be heard but you can sleep through them eventually. If it weren't for this pipe noise issue I'd give five stars - unfortunately I must rate fairly!
