When we used to live there it was a very ghettolike environment Our apartment was broken into it seemed like the managers had knowledge on how to manipulate our locks and lift the windows out of their tracks with them still in place laundry from the washers and driers were taken our locked storage unit was broken into frequently with items stolen and even our truck that parked in the secure underground lot had its locks tampered with Additionally water leaked from the outdoor patio into our apartment Christmas time came around and they didnt hire a professional company to fix this issue so we had carpets ripped up all over resulting in no Christmas celebration not even a rent reduction for living under those conditions Despite this though we gained some lifelong friends who resided there too more ... hide ...

This apartment is passable yet walking through building 840 gives the feeling of a juvenile detention center The lobby and hallways could definitely benefit from an upgrade Furthermore the area isn't great loud every week at peak bar times due to the Long Branch A gate was recently installed but it is nonfunctional half of the time and has been a source of 2022-10-15T16:32:17Z
This apartment is passable yet walking through building 840 gives the feeling of a juvenile detention center The lobby and hallways could definitely benefit from an upgrade Furthermore the area isn't great loud every week at peak bar times due to the Long Branch A gate was recently installed but it is nonfunctional half of the time and has been a source of irritation for tenants Additionally management changes regularly with new keyfobs required for every suite then charged for dead batteries two weeks later Snow plowing is rare cars have been broken into and cameras are inadequate as management does not take time to review them Residents seem nice enough and there is a shared gym between both buildings At 1700month plus power for small 3 bedroom this complex isn't worth it best to look elsewhere before renting more ... hide ...
