The views from our apartment and proximity to the park were appreciated; however, this building has its drawbacks. Some apartments had layouts where neighbours could observe the bedrooms of others while on their balconies. The paint was low-grade and left marks on walls upon contact. Lighting in washrooms was inadequate and cheap. Furthermore, too many pet owners shared the elevators. Electric furnaces were inefficient, although there were some lovely amenities that weren't worth paying for.
