When we used to live there, it was a very ghetto-like environment. Our apartment was broken into (it seemed like the managers had knowledge on how to manipulate our locks and lift the windows out of their tracks with them still in place), laundry from the washers and driers were taken, our "locked" storage unit was broken into frequently with items stolen, and even our truck that parked in the "secure" underground lot had its locks tampered with. Additionally, water leaked from the outdoor patio into our apartment; Christmas time came around and they didn't hire a professional company to fix this issue so we had carpets ripped up all over resulting in no Christmas celebration - not even a rent reduction for living under those conditions. Despite this though, we gained some lifelong friends who resided there too!
