This apartment is passable, yet walking through building 840 gives the feeling of a juvenile detention center. The lobby and hallways could definitely benefit from an upgrade. Furthermore, the area isn't great – loud every week at peak bar times due to the Long Branch. A gate was recently installed but it is nonfunctional half of the time and has been a source of irritation for tenants. Additionally, management changes regularly with new keyfobs required for every suite then charged for dead batteries two weeks later. Snow plowing is rare, cars have been broken into and cameras are inadequate as management does not take time to review them. Residents seem nice enough and there is a shared gym between both buildings. At $1700/month plus power (for small 3 bedroom) this complex isn't worth it; best to look elsewhere before renting!
