I have a lot of problems in this apartment complex which I share with other tenants It is a nice building but some things were wrong when I moved in They promised that the windows would have blinds by November but its February and I still don't have them Also the wiring doesnt allow me to plug in more than three things at once without tripping the breaker To 2022-09-22T11:02:19Z

The manager is kind and hospitable however the building has severe ventilation problems in the corridors The ducts in the hallway are not functional making it feel like you are living in an enclosed smoking area Cigarette smoke lingers all day long even entering through HVAC vents into individual units Despite multiple complaints from tenants management has 2022-11-03T23:32:17Z

We have only been in our new home for a short time however we are already quite content with the area the pool and our friendly neighboring pupowners Ferdows our leasing agent was immensely helpful when addressing inquiries and tech issues he had an amicable attitude and displayed an abundance of patience The building may be old yet it is structurally sound 2022-10-15T14:32:17Z
We have only been in our new home for a short time however we are already quite content with the area the pool and our friendly neighboring pupowners Ferdows our leasing agent was immensely helpful when addressing inquiries and tech issues he had an amicable attitude and displayed an abundance of patience The building may be old yet it is structurally sound something I have experienced in past dwellings this one being by far the best of them all The basement and stairwells may not be as modernlooking but since they are out of sight it doesnt bother us Our unit is sizable with ample brightness large rooms have been recently refurbished while cabinetry appears to be relatively new as well There are a few minorcosmetic defects such as sloppy painting in the bathroom or interior doors but no need to involve management at this time though if ever needed were sure they will respond just as they have previously done so during our stay thus far In conclusion we anticipate staying here longterm and expect to thoroughly enjoy it more ... hide ...
