We have only been in our new home for a short time, however we are already quite content with the area, the pool, and our friendly neighboring pup-owners. Ferdows, our leasing agent, was immensely helpful when addressing inquiries and tech issues; he had an amicable attitude and displayed an abundance of patience. The building may be old yet it is structurally sound – something I have experienced in past dwellings; this one being by far the best of them all. The basement and stairwells may not be as modern-looking but since they are out of sight it doesn't bother us. Our unit is sizable with ample brightness; large rooms have been recently refurbished while cabinetry appears to be relatively new as well. There are a few minor/cosmetic defects such as sloppy painting in the bathroom or interior doors but no need to involve management at this time – though if ever needed we're sure they will respond just as they have previously done so during our stay thus far. In conclusion, we anticipate staying here long-term and expect to thoroughly enjoy it!
