I wanted to provide a review of our dealings with DMS Properties and show everyone how they run their business In mid June we checked out a rental unit at their Aurora location and it seemed fine so we agreed to sign the lease pay for the first and last month upfront and planned for a movein date of September 1st We were in a tough spot since our current apartment was dealing with flooding and mold issues and had just had an infant we were eager to move on from all that After signing the lease we assumed everything was settled Unfortunately 15 weeks before September arrived an email came through informing us that the unit was no longer available with absolutely no explanation or apology as to why this news came so late or over email only When my girlfriend called the building management about it they acted callously towards us even admitting that they knew this would happen over a month ago but just forgot to tell us The managers manager then said I hope youre not calling me just to cry while chastising her for being upset about it allWith only 15 weeks left until movein day we were put in panic mode DMS offered us another place but at an inflated price without any form of compensation despite their negligence being responsible for all this chaos in the first place Even though it cost more than expected we asked them to draw up a new lease which eventually did come through on Friday afternoon more ... hide ...

The building manager of Skyline was unkind and turned off the water outside preventing tenants from making improvements to the appearance This showed that they didnt care about the exterior or quality of life of their tenants which is a shame because the apartments are nice I have family friends living here and I don't understand why someone would choose to 2022-10-28T12:02:18Z

Ive resided in this structure for almost 15 years Despite its age there have been remodeling projects completed as tenants move out Penny and Jeff the building administrators are the best weve had since I arrived and theyre always willing to help if you need it Contacting them is easy just give them a call or text Additionally the vicinity is excellent with 2022-10-11T19:32:17Z

My advice don't live here I made the mistake of renting an apartment here and have since been tormented by the building manager He inspects me constantly and charges unexpected fees Hes also lied to me multiple times To top it off there are frequent water shutoffs and my apartment had no heating when I moved in which raises serious questions about safety If 2022-10-12T00:02:16Z
