The building manager of Skyline was unkind and turned off the water outside, preventing tenants from making improvements to the appearance. This showed that they didn't care about the exterior or quality of life of their tenants, which is a shame because the apartments are nice. I have family friends living here and I don't understand why someone would choose to live in an environment like this since they don't treat their tenants well.
