Pros: the location was great, close to shopping and Uptown; there was a lovely bike/walk trail nearby leading to Waterloo Park, universities and employers; and it was within walking distance of Grand River Hospital. Cons: some of the apartments were a bit outdated - although they are starting renovations - and there were only three washing machines and dryers for the entire five story building. The best part of all though was the management, who kept all common areas clean, took care of repair requests quickly with no hassle or fuss, using top-notch materials.

2023-02-04T13:30:03ZI've resided in this structure for almost 15 years. Despite its age, there have been remodeling projects completed as tenants move out. Penny and Jeff, the building administrators, are the best we've had since I arrived and they're always willing to help if you need it. Contacting them is easy; just give them a call or text. Additionally, the vicinity is excellent with numerous destinations within walking distance such as the LRT station, Uptown Waterloo and Bridgeport Plaza.
