When we moved in during July of 2022 we were expecting our apartment to be soundproof and have plenty of trees as well as a swimming pool with a hedge for privacy Unfortunately when we arrived the unit was filthy grout on the walls and sticky floors The shower drain was clogged and light bulbs were burned out that needed to be replaced at our own expense About 3 months ago construction began on a new building which required them to take down many of the beautiful trees and part of the hedge from around the pool area As if things werent already bad enough parking has become an issue due to overcrowding now that construction is underway Apparently they warned tenants renewing their lease about this but no one told us who had just moved in this year its been nothing but lies We had signed a 2year contract which included no rent increase but because of all these changes taking place now we plan on leaving sooner than expected more ... hide ...

Living in Homestead was quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had Management was nonexistent and I became a victim of a tenant assault after my apartment was broken into Music with loud bass thumping all day and night is just one of many problems here cockroaches are rampant while the hallways smell like cat pee Despite asking for help from manage 2022-11-09T16:32:17Z

I resided at Rivervalley Townhomes for more than seven years and it was a great experience The rent was costeffective compared to other rental properties plus the buildings were in excellent condition Every year they offered incentives when signing an extra one year lease such as flooring replacements or carpet cleaning All repairs were handled promptly by t 2022-09-28T17:02:18Z
I resided at Rivervalley Townhomes for more than seven years and it was a great experience The rent was costeffective compared to other rental properties plus the buildings were in excellent condition Every year they offered incentives when signing an extra one year lease such as flooring replacements or carpet cleaning All repairs were handled promptly by the maintenance team and the office staff was always courteous and professional Jason the property manager has made considerable effort to enhance the community which is clearly paying off Lastly my neighbours were wonderful and my kids loved them too I would certainly rent there again if I had the chance more ... hide ...
