I resided at Rivervalley Townhomes for more than seven years, and it was a great experience. The rent was cost-effective compared to other rental properties, plus the buildings were in excellent condition. Every year they offered incentives when signing an extra one year lease, such as flooring replacements or carpet cleaning. All repairs were handled promptly by the maintenance team and the office staff was always courteous and professional. Jason (the property manager) has made considerable effort to enhance the community which is clearly paying off. Lastly, my neighbours were wonderful and my kids loved them too! I would certainly rent there again if I had the chance.
