I have been living here for two years now and the management has been terrible as of late I requested a parking spot four months ago and still have not received a proper response My neighbor whos been living here for ten years is having similar issues with the management When we moved in they promised us parking within two months but there are only four visitor spots available for the entire building When asked about it they just say that they are working on it and construction is going on I would definitely not suggest this building to anyone as I am still without a spot to park my car even resorting to occupying the space designated for delivery persons which earned me a sticker from the building It should not take good management four months to provide someone with an allocated parking space more ... hide ...

Do not rent from Westwood HoldingsDavid Weiss My mother lived in 2401 for a year without a functional kitchen no refrigerator stove countertops or cupboards She had extreme stress from the super and building managers who changed hands five times within two years one of them was even a drunkard who made advances at her When I took over her apartment and signed another lease with higher rent due to promised repairs there were still 50 work orders left unattended most of them being the same five to ten issues repeatedly Additionally windows on ground level could be pushed open from outside heating was uncontrollable and would go up to 34 degrees Celsius in winter splintered wood flooring multiple mice infestations unpainted walls leaky bathrooms without medicine cabinets as promised initially and a sharp bathtub seal that could cut feet The building manager became hostile when asked about broken promises too There are worse conditions but I will leave those for future tenant board filings or documentation later on Avoid this place at all costs more ... hide ...

The resort didnt meet our needs which we only discovered after a 65 hour drive from the lower mainland on the Hwy 1 with all its flood repairs It would have been great for couples or a singles weekend but not so much for families with small children There were no interior photos of the cabins no listed dimensions and the exterior shots made them appear bigge 2022-11-07T05:32:17Z
