I have been living here for two years now, and the management has been terrible as of late. I requested a parking spot four months ago and still have not received a proper response. My neighbor who's been living here for ten years is having similar issues with the management. When we moved in they promised us parking within two months, but there are only four visitor spots available for the entire building. When asked about it they just say that they are "working on it" and "construction is going on". I would definitely not suggest this building to anyone as I am still without a spot to park my car; even resorting to occupying the space designated for delivery persons, which earned me a sticker from the building! It should not take good management four months to provide someone with an allocated parking space.
