We stayed at the apartments for three years from the outside they looked nice but it was hard to ignore how thin the walls were In our unit we had a persistent smell that we assumed came from a sewage backup Customer service could be great or awful depending on who you spoke with To make matters worse we were three days late to give our notice and the managers made us pay for an extra month On moving day we cleaned and presented our apartment as if it were new however they tried to charge us more money due to some oil buildup in the oven until we pointed out that it was already there when we moved in There seemed to be no room for compassion or understanding if you werent careful with your paperwork there would be no end of frustration Despite this it served its purpose and was conveniently located near many trails shops and amenities Additionally cleanliness was excellent best of luck more ... hide ...

Living at Peppertree Estates was a pleasure for us until we being retired and unable to climb stairs had to move to an elevatorequipped building The residents are fortunate to have Shaun cant recall his last name as their new Resident Manager a fivestar rating is deserved for his actions He not only looks after the property but also treats all tenants equall 2022-09-21T07:32:16Z

Ive been residing in my apartment for nearly a year and although there have not been any mice inside I have seen them outside both alive and dead This is very unsanitary especially if you own pets The front desk staff are friendly but don't seem to know what theyre doing As for management they are terrible and only care about money When I moved in September 2022-09-18T00:32:16Z
Ive been residing in my apartment for nearly a year and although there have not been any mice inside I have seen them outside both alive and dead This is very unsanitary especially if you own pets The front desk staff are friendly but don't seem to know what theyre doing As for management they are terrible and only care about money When I moved in September the bathroom tub was already peeling after using the shower for the first time I asked them to fix it but was told that I would be placed on a waiting listnow almost a year later it still has not been fixed and mold is growing in the corners There were also damages from the prior tenant that were promised to be repaired by management yet never donesuch as stains on carpets burn marks on countertops tears in carpets rust on floors dishwasher malfunctioning and warped cupboards The washerdryers are coin operated with only one of each per floor which can cause arguments over who can use them when additionally there have been numerous issues with them eating money without properly washing clothes In regards to being pet friendlyits not really as many people havent had experience with animals especially dogs making it difficult to even let your dog do its business or play around outside Noise is another issue as walls are thin enough that conversations can clearly be heard through them even nearsilent more ... hide ...

Property management was pleasant and the building dog friendly but patience is required for maintenance It can be noisy at times When we vacated we were charged a 100 general cleaning fee that was not part of our agreement nor had there been a checklist given for us to clean it ourselves If you are considering living in Hinton consider other options first
