I have been a resident at Peppertree Estates for 9 months now. The Resident Manager is extremely helpful, while his assistant is friendly and ensures that the buildings are kept in pristine condition. Furthermore, the apartments here are of good quality and reasonably priced.

Living at Peppertree Estates was a pleasure for us until we, being retired and unable to climb stairs, had to move to an elevator-equipped building. The residents are fortunate to have Shaun (can’t recall his last name) as their new Resident Manager; a five-star rating is deserved for his actions. He not only looks after the property but also treats all tenants equally regardless of race, and he has even put an end to illegal parking. Most importantly, the vacancy rate which had been at twenty apartments per month for the past two years has now become waitlist status. We observed him doing all the “dirty work” under the previous Resident Manager and can’t express enough respect for him; Peppertree Estates truly needed someone like Shaun and we wish him luck with his new role.
