What you can report
You can report an incorrect address or contact detail, outdated rental information, a duplicate or closed property, an unrelated image, an unauthorized claim, impersonation, a privacy concern, or content you believe infringes your rights. You do not need to create a renter account to contact us.
How to submit a request
Use the report form or email info@friendlylandlord.com. Identify the exact page, the information at issue, and the correction or action requested. On the form, your name, email address, and telephone number are optional. An anonymous routine report is accepted, although we may be unable to request clarification or send a result. Formal privacy, authority, or legal requests may need proportionate verification or legally required information. If an item exposes private information or appears to facilitate fraud, identify that concern clearly. Redact unrelated personal details from attachments. Routine support does not require a Social Security number, a complete lease, a payment-card number, or a tenant's records.
How we assess requests
We may check the source, request clarification, ask a relevant representative for evidence, correct a field, remove an image, merge a duplicate, restrict editing, or unpublish a listing. We may act provisionally when a credible report indicates an immediate risk. Outcomes depend on the facts, rights involved, and applicable law. We do not promise that every request will result in complete deletion or that every issue will be resolved within a fixed period. Statutory requests and notices are handled within the periods required by applicable law. Other requests are assessed according to the information available and the nature of the problem.
Different types of deletion
Account deletion ends access to the account and the associated listing-management rights. It does not automatically delete a property’s independently sourced, lawful public business information. A retained directory page returns to unclaimed status. Private account contacts are removed, and owner-only rental offers or claims without an independent current source are withheld. Reviews submitted by other users are not removed merely because a property representative deletes an account. Deletion or correction may be subject to legal exceptions, rights of other people, fraud-prevention needs, or record-retention duties. We do not promise that deletion from our website immediately removes copies held by search engines, caches, or unrelated third parties. We can explain the action taken on the information we control.
Review of a decision
If you believe a decision was based on incomplete information, reply to the existing email exchange with relevant evidence and request review. This process does not restrict any privacy appeal, complaint to a regulator, legal remedy, or other right provided by law.
